Problem solved
I got this email this morning:
"After thinking about it for the weekend and having the hubby look at the stand, I'm going to go ahead and paypal you the rest of the money. He said he would get the new clamp for my anniversary present."
I sent her an email back telling her I'd meet her halfway and for her to only paypal me $25 more. I'm happy with that, and hopefully she will be too.
